Construction Of An Evaluation Index System For The Service Capability Of Scientific Research Data In Universities

In recent years,the development of information technology is developing rapidly,and the huge amount of data is rapidly changing people’s lives.With the acceleration of the digitization process,people become increasingly dependent on information technology and information services.If they tap the keyboard on the computer and input their own information needs in the search engine,massive data will be generated rapidly.The increasing amount of data makes it urgent to develop and apply a large amount of data.Research data service is the product of increasing research data and expanding its connotation with the change of research data demand.As the main position of carrying out research data service,colleges and universities’ ability of research data service affects the output and quality of research results.A set of complete evaluation index system can evaluate the development level and deficiencies of research data service in colleges,and plays an important role in the development of research data service in colleges.Therefore,it is of great research value and significance to establish the evaluation index system of research data service ability in Chinese universities as soon as possible.This paper through the literature research method to determine the primary index,and then using the Delphi method and grey statistics filter three-level index,build the evaluation index system of three-level service ability of university’s research data,and secondly,by using the coefficient of variation method to determine the weights,finally,through a semi-structured interview method to evaluate service ability of university’s research data,analyzes the evaluation results,in view of the future development suggestions.
