Since entering the 21st century,the university librarys,as all the information and culture plays a more and more important role.As the main body responsibility consciousness and the way of carrying the library digital reference service,and its quality level represents the overall achievements of university library digitization construction,therefore,research on the service quality evaluation was also on the agenda.But,our country in constructing a systematic scientific evaluation system is still very backward,and can't satisfy the requirements under the background of contemporary reality.Therefore,this article will ably digital reference for college library service quality considerations combined with the research target,build the index system of evaluation of the digital reference service in university library has the certain innovation and the practical symbolism.How fair and objectively evaluate the quality of digital reference service.of the university library must be a set of scientific,reasonable and feasible evaluation system,all kinds of evaluation principles and evaluation model in a unified specification,easy to operation and measurement,realize the standardization of the evaluation and scientific.The establishment of the quality evaluation on the one hand,help to achieve the library service management functions,improve the quality of the consulting staff,inspire enthusiasm and exert technological potential,promote the continuous improvement of the digital reference consultation system;On the other hand can also help improve the quality of service.Through the verification and evaluation of previous work,can adjust the working procedures and technical specifications,improve the level of consulting professionals technology and work efficiency,the pursuit of the best quality of service to meet the needs of users,to win customers trust,so as to promote the service quality.This paper is divided into three parts to illustrate the content of the university library digital reference service evaluation research.The first part is the theoretical foundation part,mainly introduced in this paper,the content of the framework,including the research background,significance,research ideas and methods,keywords related concept and the research status at home and abroad.The second part is mainly the specific use of research methods,this paper combined with the modern library virtual reference service present situation and development trend,establish the evaluation system of university library digital reference service research design,the principle of selecting the consulting librarians structure and content of knowledge base construction,consulting service process,such as customer satisfaction index of four class as the criterion layer,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),respectively,its corresponding weights are secondary.The third part is the empirical research,that is,this paper builds the index evaluation system of ANHUI university,HEFEI university of science and technology of China and industrial university three university libraries in the digital reference service work application instance of the assessment and verification,in order to testing the validity of the evaluation system and rationalization.And to timely analysis summary of the evaluation results,and then puts forward how to improve the effect of university library digital reference service ability and related suggestions.Compared in this paper,on the one hand is the advantage of the other domestic related papers published in the building of the librarians' service evaluation index system of index set more representative and directivity,the indicators of the related data availability is strong,and easily accepted by the masses of library users and understanding,on the other hand,by adopting the combination of the qualitative quantitative research methods,combined with literature investigation,expert investigation method and analytic hierarchy process(ahp),can be more scientific and more accurate assessment of the quality of digital reference service of libraries in the universities and effects.Although,of course,this paper builds the evaluation system of has its certain innovations and rationality,but also is not a universal universal laws.Therefore,choose a suitable university library evaluation system,be sure to do further research and further research.You also need to adjust measures to local conditions,through rigorous research methods to get the index to be more comprehensive and objective,has extensive representative and scientific significance.
