Jack Welch,known as the "world's number one CEO",bluntly pointed out that human resource management should be as important as other business units in the company.Human resources should be promoted to the top of organizational management,and training as an employee upgrade.Competency tools are increasingly valued by management and gradually increase their supportive status to strategic behaviors that determine the survival and development of companies.TF company is a semiconductor packaging and testing company established in Suzhou Industrial Park in Jiangsu Province.The company needs to cope with the fierce external competition environment in the ever-changing market,and at the same time deal with the challenges of increased labor costs and technology upgrades due to enterprise transformation and expansion.As a team of engineers in the company's research and development and technology,it has always been the team of talents that the company focuses on and cultivates.However,due to the lack of a comprehensive new train entry training system and the necessary entry guidance,the turnover rate of new recruits remains high.This thesis takes TF company as the research object,uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to analyze the problems faced by TF company's new engineers training,draws on the relevant theories of training,and then gives improvement plans,in order to help the new engineers get familiar with the work environment and reach as soon as possible.Job requirements,improve the company's training effectiveness,enhance the stability and technical capabilities of the engineering team,and then enhance the company's competitiveness,create intellectual assets for the company,while the new training program also supports the career development of employees,creating a learning-oriented corporate culture,etc.significance.Through questionnaire survey and interview method,this paper sorts out and analyzes the existing problems of TF company's new engineers training,and summarizes the following survey results:the results show that the company has training objectives,training teachers,training content in the training of new engineers.Problems in training methods,etc.,in response to these problems,this paper proposes corresponding improvement suggestions.The improvement of TF company's new in-service engineer training program will not only help the company's performance and overall operational management,but also other manufacturing companies.Semiconductor packaging and testing enterprises have a certain degree of reference.
