An approach that the employees may score points and promote the rank by reading the business-related information and viewing the test results is recommended and implemented to constantly improve the overall quality business ladder of the employees. In training examination mode, there is certain innovation that training efficiency is improve, and assessment of the staff training effect is strengthened by using promotion concept, adding up individual’s points through practice tests, chopping individual’s point through official examination, and combining with the grant management.The functions of the system have been tested and analysised. The system also has been applicated in the field. On the basis of the results, the conclusions can be reached as the following. System functions not only fully meet the needs of enterprises, but also adapt to the characteristics of enterprise management. The system is ideally suitable to the enterprise of training scale under1000employees. And it is stable and reliable. In practical applications, the system of training and testing on line have achieved good results. Besides, the system provides flexibility in terms of future add-ons or developments. For example, the system can also be further improved with artificial intelligence technology and video technology to add functionality of automatic marking of subjective questions and preventing "ringers", students who take tests for other students.
