The Skill Training And Testing System Based On VRML For Salter

Focusing on the research of skill training and testing system based on VRML for Salter, and aiming at the problems that exist in the system design and implementation course, the thesis puts forward a suit of feasible method and technical route by using virtual reality technology to transform skill training and test work. It combines VRML, 3DMAX and Java to implement the skill training and testing system for bittern-making worker in salt industry. According to the actual needs of skill training and testing, the thesis brought forward the system's design principle, objectives, modules and structure, and completed the design and implementation of training sub-system and testing sub-system. With the characteristics of the salt field---huge area and complicated structure, the training sub-system mainly studies the building method of extensive scenes and the technical problems of multi-object inter-control, and proposes many kinds of scene optimizing solutions, and finished the inter-control of complicated scenes by using EAI programming method in Java language. After studying the amalgamation of Virtual Reality Technology, NetWare Technology and Database Technology, the testing sub-system realizes these functions, such as the scientific management and use of test questions based on the virtual operational scenes, online random draw-out test questions, real time interactive control scene according to the need of question, and auto-graded. The System designed in this thesis makes the tri-dimensional virtual salt field the operating and testing platform, so it changes the traditional vocational skills training mode. It can not only improve the training efficiency, ameliorate the training effect, but also reduce the training cost and cultivate large numbers of skilled worker who are of high-level and high-quality for the salt industry. The development mode and the technical route of the system can also be popularized to the vocational skills training of every industry extensively, so it has a good application value.
