With the rise of Internet finance and the openness of financial industry to foreign capital,the competition between banks is becoming more and more intense.For the city branches,how to keep customers with the attraction of other traditional banks and Internet finance companies has always been a focal point.In addition to the requirements of the head office,the city branch is also introducing the local personalized value-added products continuously to maintain customer loyalty,and the bonus point management system is emerged as the time requires.Due to the limitation of technology and capital,the management of bonus point and gifts is still hand-logged and points cannot be used across counties.With the increase of customer and the strengthening of regulation,the traditional method of bonus point management can't be applied to the development of city-level banks.Therefore,to establish a bonus point management system of whole city is imminent for the city-level banks.The bonus point management system can grab the business information from the city database and calculate the integral automatically according to the customer information,so that the staff can be free from the manual operation.First of all,the system allows the city-level banks to set rules of bonus points autonomously to attract customers better.Secondly,the system unified the cost of points to realize cross-section using of points.In addition,the system provides both offline and online integration channels,allowing customers to exchange points at any time and place.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing relevant technologies,according to the technical level and hardware conditions of the city-level banks,make the appropriate technical scheme,analyze requirements in detail,the functional modules of the system were identified.The system uses Spring MVC framework and MyBatis framework for website development.The database is Oracle 12C,and the interface design follows RESTful style.On the basis of meeting the bonus points requirements,the system is good in security,flexibility and scalability.The establishment of integral management system can help to reduce the workload of inspectors,realize transparency management of integral and gifts,improve the work efficiency of staff,enrich types of gift and the customer's exchange methods,and increase attractiveness to customer of the city-level banks to customers.
