Research And Implementation Of The Bonus Point Service System Under The O2O Circumstance

Since the mobile internet is developing with a high speed, the 020(Online To Offline) has become the most well-used business model in the mobile electronic commerce now. On one hand, the 020 system has combined the online shopping and the front line transactions as one system. On the other,020 made it possible for the offline commerce to push information to the potential customers by the mobile internet without a geographic restriction. However since there are various operation systems and the IT instruction off the line is under development, the 020 now is just getting started.This paper will use one commercial case based on bonus point system that I participated to analyze the 020 business model in a practical way. The mobile system, mobile payment and their safety program will be discussed as focus. At the end of this paper the prospect and limitation of the 020 business model will be summed up.
