With the development of information technology represented by computer technology and communication technology,Universities are devotingthemself to improve the quality and efficiency of the university management with an unprecedented enthusiasm.On another,the state gradually pays more attention to theinformatization of colleges and universities.University administration management isan important section in required to solve more problemsandachieve more goals.This system is based on Visual Studio.Netplatform,has adopted SQL Server2005 as its backstage database andvisualization computer programming language Visual C# as the programming tool.This system adoptsthe theory of software engineering in the development process and adopts the lifecycleways of structure to realize design and analysisof system.Moreoveradoptrapid prototyping methodto complete the system functions.This paper briefly describes the history of the development and market demand about university administration system and by studying the advantages and disadvantages of similar software at home and abroad,we know that the modules of university administration system main include workload management,personnel management,financial management,money management,attendance management,covering a wide,system management,and address book management.When entering or visiting deferent module,system should verify the user's identityinformation.This function is important safeguard function to protect the security of different information.Because of easy to operate and user-friendly of the pull-down menu bar,when designing all interface of system,we adopt it to complete itsfunctions.The main technical applications of system include MVC and Asp.Net.Thistechnical can improve maintenance work of post-system.After the complete system,we should test allfunctions must of the system meet user operational requirements.
