With the development of Chinese economic, changes in the market environment and the improvement of people’s living standards in recent years, people’s concept of consumption and consumption habits are gradually changing, and Chinese credit card market is developing fast. Credit card issuing and trading volume grows with an amazing rate annually. Though most of Chinese people still remain living within their means, there are many people beginning to try overdraft consumption. Therefore, credit card business brings a substantial income to banks. And high quality services of credit card can give banks a series of brand benefits and improve the reputation. As a result, all banks begin to seize the credit card market, introducing various incentives and promotions to attract customers applying for credit cards. Credit card bonus is an important method.Now, each bank has its credit card bonus business, but the integral management of credit card transactions and bonus is very backward. Most of the processes are done by manually programming because lack of a complete management system for automated management. This article adopts the Rational Unified process (RUP) and iteration method to design and implement the three core function of Credit Card Transaction and Bonus Management System: account management, transaction management and bonus management.This article firstly analyzes the current situation of Chinese credit card transaction and bonus business, and sort out functional and performance requirements of the system. Then design network architecture and software architecture for the system, and divided functional requirement of the system into the functional modules. Secondly, design details process, data model, and database for the core function. Finally, the article shows the system interface, and tests the finished system. The system adopts the B/S three-layer application based on.Net Framework as designing model, and Oracle database which is most widely used and powerful as database management software.The goal of this article is to implement credit card transaction and bonus management business on computer network application, and to integration information for reducing management difficulty; through adopting advanced means, to provide credit card holders with a high level service, for consolidating existing customers and attracting new customers.
