Information software has been used in the enterprise widely, the application requirements of human resource management software are increasing quickly.The compensation management is an important part in the College Human Resources Management, and it is key content of salary management to establish scientific and effective management system. This paper researched and developed an effective salary management system according to defects which exist in the college salary management process.This paper introduced the project background firstly, and described the basic functions of different departments and main business process of salary management in college, and proposed a more complete salary management system framework, and then focusing on the monthly prize in the framework of the management module of the fine-grained analysis to explain the module involved in the, described business logic which has been involved by module, established the model of paying calculation. and described the program contents for specific implementation.The compensation management system which has been designed in this paper is a management information systems based on three-tier architecture, staff appraisal system directly for statistics class calculation, overtime summary, monthly production bonuses, annual appraisal and the production of year-end bonus, the effective implementation the compensation management process and ensure the pay data accuracy, reliability and security.
