Nowadays,the media industry is full of big data,AR scene marketing,digital publishing,etc.It’s sad that more and more print media companies have closed down,or begin to produce online contents.Traditional publishment has been greatly impacted by digitalization,and transformation is very necessary.The publishing industry is also changing in line with the trend of media convergence and industrial convergence.Under such circumstances,most scholars pay more attention to the development of digital publishing.However,it is neglected that how to carry on the transformation on the basis of the traditional publication form of paper carrier.Some people are chasing for the fashion trend,while other people like traditional things more.It is particularly important to strengthen the attention,management and marketing of market segments,and we should never ignore the needs of each type of audience.The book calendar we used in the past has been endowed with new cultural connotation and value by publishers in the new era.It has evolved into an innovative calendar integrating knowledge,art and aesthetics.The main research object of this paper is the new publication-calendar book.It carries on the Chinese tradition of using almanac habits,and at the same time it also plays a role in spreading Chinese traditional culture and even in the development strategy of publishing "going out".Therefore,this paper hopes to use calendar books to revitalize and ignite such a phenomenon in the market,and to clarify the operation mode of calendar book market segment.The paper summarizes the rules and experience of operation and management,and provide valuable research results for the transformation and integration of traditional publishing industry.In that way,we can point out the efforts and transformation attempts that traditional publishing industry can make under the digital background.The paper points out a feasible way for the integration transformation and diversification of traditional publishing industry in China.
