Chain-business: The Breakthrough Way For The Books-publishing Enterprise To Reform

After entering WTO, most of the books-publishing enterprise has to face greater competition. Because of it, chain-business will be looked as the breakthrough way for the books-publishing enterprise to reform and raise efficiency. In this paper, I want to expound and generalize the pattern about chain-business, including main part of investment and chain-business pattern. Because of the backward system of organization, history and less develop perfectly. Now, it has four key problems: First, the standard. Instead of the standard there has appeared something to counterattack the chain-business. So the books enterprise must pay attention to the standard. Second, the short of money has great influence of the chain-business development. So we must pick up speed to develop the property right system and stock system. Then we can set up a standard enterprise system to safeguard the investment. Third, the lack of agreeable relations between higher and lower enterprise. For this the books enterprise must establish good strategic agreeable relationship and set up the communication way with the lower enterprise, at the same time. Fourth, the logistics. The most of the book enterprises trend to build logistics center themselves, and they often build it in the same area. In the light of it, I suggest that the enterprise should do it in accordance with the actual situation. In the meantime, it's better to develop the third-party logistics(3PL/TPL).
