The emergence of online social media has promoted people's communication.The way of information dissemination is no longer limited to text symbols.Expression are playing an increasingly important role.At the present time,WeChat is increasingly prosperous,WeChat expression have gradually become the main communication tools and play an important role in network interpersonal communication.This article uses the research method of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,trying to explore the specific situation of WeChat users' application of WeChat expression at this stage and understand the factors that affect the application behavior of WeChat expression.According to the application status of WeChat expression,I want to summarize the existing problems of WeChat expression and give targeted strategic suggestions.The specific investigation process is as follows: First of all,the questionnaire was sent to Wechat users through the questionnaire star platform and collected.It was found that Wechat users' overall cognition of Wechat expression and the frequency of using Wechat expression,the style and type of favorite Wechat expression,the motivation of using Wechat expression and other specific application behaviors at this stage.Secondly,spss data analysis software is used to analyze various factors that affect WeChat expression usage behavior.It is found that WeChat expression usage behavior is influenced by application motivation,demographic variables and interpersonal communication environment factors.Finally,By analyzing the above statistical data results,it is found that in the interpersonal communication environment,the application of WeChat expression has some problems such as unclear source,bad information transmission,ambiguous understanding,low user willingness to pay,etc.To solve these problems,the author should proposes the government to establish a regulatory review mechanism,Tencent to optimize the push strategy,marketing companies to creat IP expression and other solutions.
