Research On The Stigmatization Of The Media Image Of The Elderly In My Country

As China's aging process continues to accelerate,the problems associated with the elderly group have become increasingly prominent,especially in the media's news reports,in which the negative stereotypes of the labeling of the elderly population and the elderly group are increasing.This paper uses the method of text analysis to analyze the controversial events about the elderly groups in news websites and commercial newspapers from the nature of the issues and the types of events,and in-depth study of the elderly groups in the audience through questionnaires and field visits.From the image of mind and body,it sums up the performance characteristics and public opinion field effect of stigmatization of old people in news reports,and analyzes the problems arising from the stigmatization reports of old people and the impact on various aspects of society.Finally,the corresponding coping strategies and possible solutions are proposed.
