High-end talent is the core competitiveness of enterprises,so many companies pay particular attention to the quality of personnel,skills and other aspects of training.It is the most important resources to the company.This needs enterprise established the perfect training and evaluation system.Good training can play a very good role in improving the quality of professional and skill of employees and improving the performance and enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.Training effectiveness analysis and evaluation as an important part of the training evaluation,is the key to success.Enterprise training institutions of the assessment is generally concentrated in the assessment of training institutions management and completion rate and other factors,rather than pay attention to the management level,project compliance rate,resource situation and other components.But these factors can not directly reflect the training effect.Therefore,it is very important to design and realize the effectiveness analysis and evaluation system which is suitable for the training institutions of our country.In order to develop training institutions efficiency analysis evaluation system as the research background,the Java programming language and SQL Server database technology constructs a evaluation system analysis of the effectiveness of training institutions to determine evaluation index,evaluation model is established,and the system management module,assessment module,view the assessment results and other modules are designed and realized.This system has good expansibility,can be extended according to the needs of different customers and different training institutions.In order to meet the needs of training institutions after the business development needs,can also extend and improve the training effectiveness evaluation system,can be extended to an assessment of the processing module,the data result into the chart,such as bar charts,line charts,so you can make the administrator more intuitive to observe the assessment results.This system has realized the effect of training institutions on the response,learning,behavior and the results of the multi evaluation,but also to achieve the performance evaluation results of the training institutions function.Effectiveness analysis and evaluation system of training institutions is based on the analysis of the present situation of training institutions,according to the needs of enterprises and training institutions designed to assess the effectiveness of the training institutions to assess the effectiveness of the integrated system.
