Design And Appliance Of Examining And Evaluation System Of Engineer Equipment Support Training

Engineer equipment support training assessment designed to eingineer support corps and staff training effect,to improve engineer equipment support ability of engineer corps carring out operationds.however,the current assessment organization of engineer equipment support training examining and evaluating procedures multifarious,inefficient,it need huge manpower and material resources; the process of examining and evaluating can not scientific,fair to reflect the ability of the examed corps;and the result of it also can not improve the level of Engineer equipment support training effectively.On the purpose of upgrading the informational level of engineer equipment support training evaluation and the ability of engineer equipment support, this thesis aims at the fact of engineer equipment support training and the actuality of evaluation in the engineer corps, researches and designs an engineer equipment support training examining and evaluating system, which could accommodate with the need of new times.Firstly, on the base of a lot of engineer equipment support training investigation in the engineer corps, this thesis analyzes comprehensively the present situation of the contents, organizations, examining modes and ways of the engineer equipment training. Secondly, this thesis constructs an evaluating index system complying with new Outline (for Engineer Equipment Support Unit). Then employing the modeling theory of Fuzzy AHP, Cloud Barycenter Evaluation and UML, this thesis constructs a calculation model and a system frame model. At last, this thesis designs and employers a set of examining and evaluating system with the computer technology in OOD, network and database, which is based on the local area network.This system both can meet the requirements of superior department on the quality evaluation of the engineer equipment training, and can be used to study and train by the engineer corps themselves. This system not only can improve the scientific, effectiveness veracity and objectivity of the evaluation, so as to achieve the goal of "promoting training quality with test", but also be of great practicality which should be extended.
