As operational training plays a key role in the development of W’s business,the effectiveness of operational training becomes particularly important.Therefore,if the effectiveness of W’s operational training can be effectively evaluated,on the one hand,the effectiveness of W’s operational training programs can be continuously optimized and iterated to better empower the operational team;on the other hand,the value of the work of the operational training team can be effectively evaluated,so that they can more actively contribute to W’s business development.However,the current system for evaluating the effectiveness of W’s operational training is relatively simple and there is still much room for improvement.This paper summarizes the current methods and main assessment models of training effectiveness assessment,and analyses and identifies problems with the current status quo of operational training and effectiveness assessment in Company W.Combining the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method,the current status quo of business training and effectiveness evaluation is studied and the root causes of the problems are identified.Combining Kirkpatrick’s four-level assessment model and the causes of the current training status quo problems,an effect evaluation system optimization plan is constructed for operational training in Company W.The significance of this paper is to build a business training effectiveness evaluation system suitable for Company W by applying scientific evaluation models and methods in the context of Company W’s business realities,which includes the expansion of the current evaluation level to the outcome level and the design of corresponding evaluation indicators for Company W.It is hoped that a relatively complete evaluation system will better enable Company W’s business development,and also provide some experience for enterprises in the cross-border e-commerce payment industry to build an operational training effectiveness evaluation system.
