Design And Implementation Of Students Affair Processing System In Secondary Vocational School

Along with the opening and putting into use of the network in our school, the development of the official business network is put on the agenda. In order to upgrade the management of our school , and to solve the students management problems, such as big amount work,various data and low efficiency, basing on the original school network, the thesis has made theresearch and study of the projects of Design and Implementation of students affair processing system .Based on an actual project, according to the actual demand , making use of the B/S three-tier structure, taking the Visual Studio as the plat, the thesis designs and realizes the students affair processing system. The thesis starting with the development background, the aims and significant of the students affair processing system, introduces the ASP technology, B/S three-tier structure and other related technologies. Next, the analysis on the users'needs is the key research. The system needs and users'demand are introduced in detail. Thirdly, the needs of the users are analyzed in-depth and at the same time the system fuction needs are determined. The function module of the system is designed and the database is developed. The system is divided into four subsystems: system management subsystem, the department of students management subsystem, the head teacher work subsystem, students/the students' parents management subsystem. Finally, the disposition of the software and hardware on the Server-side and Clien-side and the test contents and principles of the system are introduced simply. The completion description and problems are summarized in the last part of the thesis.The students affair processing transaction system in the thesis fits well in our school in scale, investment, advanced technology and practicability. I believe it will help the development of our school and improve the quality of teaching. Hopefully the research can be used as reference of the students affair transaction system in other secondary vocational schools.
