The Design And Implementation Of The Scientific Research Team Management System Based On The SaaS Platform

The university scientific research team is a group composed of scientific research personnel with complementary skills and common research purposes,scientific research goals,and working methods.With the gradual increase in the scale of scientific research team and the expansion of the research field,the amount of data and information produced in the process of scientific research has been increasing.The researchers need a lot of time and energy to record and store information,such as the information about personnel,assets and achievements of the scientific research team.At the same time,scientific research data are kept by the responsible persons and scattered distribution,which makes scientific research information cannot be shared internally in time.In order to reduce the intensity of managing the data such as personnel,assets and achievements of the scientific research team,realize the internal sharing of scientific research data,improve the scientific research efficiency of university scientific research team,it is urgent to establish a scientific research team management system to realize the information management of scientific research teams in universities.Saa S is an emerging software delivery model in recent years.Under the Saa S model,users only need to lease the software services provided by the software service provider according to the service time limit,business scope,and required hardware capabilities.it is not necessary for users to purchase hardware equipment,rent servers to place sites,and hire server administrators.The university scientific research team can use the scientific research team management system to lend information management to the team through leasing,and does not need to maintain the system later,which saves the purchase and maintenance costs of the system,thereby reducing the research cost of the scientific research team.Aiming at the current lack of management of university scientific research team,this thesis combines practical needs to design and implement a scientific research team management system based on the Saa S platform.this thesis analyzes the demand of the system,defines the basic input processes of the achievements,assets and personnel of the scientific research team,and examines the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system.Functional requirements include project management,subject management,achievement management,personnel management,asset management,document dynamic generation,SMS notifications,email notifications and so on.In terms of non-functional requirements,based on the deployment environment of the research team management system and related industry standards,this thesis proposes the indicators that the system needs to achieve in terms of performance and security.In order to realize the Saa S of the system,this thesis introduces the development process of the functional module based on the Saa S platform from the aspects of development interface and development specification.The architecture of the system is introduced from two aspects of logic and technology,and the database design and function module design are completed on this basis.Security is an important focus of the research team management system.This thesis introduces the design of system security from aspects of computer viruses and malicious code protection,identity authentication,access control,anti SQL injection to ensure the safety of system.This thesis emphatically introduces the implementation technology of generating document dynamically,the implementation techniques of uploading attachments for We Chat mini program,and image extraction and clipping algorithms.Finally,this thesis describes the system's functional and performance tests.The test results show that the Saa S-based scientific research team management system can standardize the scientific research team management process,reduce the intensity of personnel,assets,achievements and other data management,achieve internal sharing of scientific research data,and improve the scientific research efficiency of scientific research teams in universities.
