A technology innovation team is a group of two or more people with complementary knowledge and skills who share common goals and specific,measurable performance goals.Team members are responsible organizations that depend on each other to achieve common team goals.The science and technology innovation team USES the high intelligence capital to engage in the innovation work,by the knowledge worker composition,take launches the new product or the service as the science and technology innovation team basic objective.Performance management is an ongoing process that measures individual and team performance and aligns performance with the strategic objectives of the organization.At present,managers of modern enterprises are aware of the importance of performance management,but in practical application,many enterprises' performance systems only focus on the evaluation of individual work and individual performance of team members,but neglect the management of team performance.How to design a performance system that can help the team and team members grow in the enterprise is an urgent task of enterprise development.G company is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research and development and design of integrated chip and information security cross field.Taking G company as the research object,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the performance management of technology innovation team of G company and puts forward relevant Suggestions.The main problems in performance management of the science and technology innovation team of G company are as follows: the goal of the performance system is not clear,the position responsibility is not clear,the assessment system is not clear,the performance system indicators are not scientific,the indicators that can be included in the performance assessment are not comprehensive,and there is no feedback and self-evaluation mechanism in the performance system assessment.It can be seen from these problems: on the one hand,the current performance assessment index of G company is single,and the company leaders only pay attention to the achievement of team performance;on the other hand,the assessment is formalized,and the assessment has not been quantified and effectively implemented.Moreover,the evaluation index set by the assessment lacks fairness and justice,which leads to low cohesion of the whole team.For G company,the problems of science and technology innovation team performance management,this article from the Angle of efficiency and justice,to rebuild the G company science and technology innovation team performance management system,from the work performance,work attitude,ability to work and team size,and other four dimensions for the design of the performance management index,USES the analytic hierarchy process to the assessment of the four dimensions with reasonable distribution of the weight,and verify the effectiveness of performance management system.Finally,the paper puts forward implementation strategies and Suggestions for the performance management of the technology innovation team of G company,clear team performance appraisal objectives;Make clear the responsibility of the main position of team assessment;Set up the performance appraisal index system scientifically;Establish and improve self-feedback and evaluation mechanism;At the same time,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the guarantee measures of performance management measures: encouraging the development of industry-university-research-application synergistic science and technology;Promote exchanges and cooperation to expand research programs;Ensure team capital investment;Attach importance to talent construction;Market orientation to enhance technological innovation.To ensure that the performance management system constructed in this paper can maximize the promotion of the technology innovation team of G company.
