With the rapid rise and maturity of new technologies such as cloud computing and big data,it brings a new opportunity for the change of operation management mode.Therefore,domestic and foreign enterprises,especially large group enterprises,have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in informatization to carry out the construction of enterprise management informatization.However,can the large group information system bring value to the enterprise,bring economic benefits and social benefits to the organization,bring convenience to employees and improve work efficiency? Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate the application performance of large group information system and provide scientific decision-making basis for enterprise managers.Both the research mainly from the information system of performance evaluation indicators and evaluation model to build two aspects,but due to different views and research Angle,cause index set is not unified,and the commonly used conventional performance evaluation methods,such as analytic hierarchy process(ahp)is not suitable for performance evaluation of information system.In view of this,this paper USES the idea of balanced scorecard to construct the performance evaluation system of information system based on the characteristics of large group companies.First of all,the DEMATEL method is used to analyze the performance evaluation index,the influence degree between can clear the key indicators of system,achieving the effect of optimization index system,secondly,the introduction of lambda fuzzy measure of fuzzy integral and semantic variable to build large-scale group company information systems performance evaluation model,this method can determine the key indicators of information system evaluation system,it is concluded that the more realistic evaluation indexes,the improvement of the implementation of the performance evaluation work of the enterprise have larger effect,the result of evaluation is more comprehensive and objective.On this basis,the paper takes SG's information system as the case to evaluate its performance.The results show that the information input,information construction continued investment ability,information support enterprise decision-making level and informatization of staffing,information system stable operating ratio and internal customer satisfaction index is measured by a large groupof companies such as the performance of information system applications key indicators;SG company information system performance was only 0.33 the fuzzy evaluation,the overall information system performance is not ideal,the contribution to the value dimension is 0.3667,shows that SG company information system construction for the promotion of profits and the information into the cost of control is weak;The internal process dimension is 0.3583,indicating that the information system is not ideal for promoting internal processes;Learning and innovation is0.3802,which is relatively high compared with other dimensions.The customer satisfaction dimension is 0.3765,indicating that customer satisfaction is also not ideal.In this paper,the performance evaluation model is used to evaluate the performance of SG information system,and the reliability of fuzzy integral performance evaluation model is further verified.
