Research On Performance Evaluation Of Knowledge Acquisition Based On Mobile Social Network Platform

Along with the advent of the era of “Internet plus” and the rapid development of mobile internet,a large number of new applications and services based on mobile network platform will continue to produce,Mobile social networking platform(MSNP)with its wide application penetration has become one of the most popular mobile network platform,knowing,watercress PC,micro-blog and other Chinese communities have also launched a mobile terminal platform.MSNP,as a new tool to meet the needs of business diversification and social diversification,has become a key social communication channel and knowledge acquisition channel.In the current era of knowledge and information explosion,knowledge acquisition and mining has become a common focus in the academic field and enterprise organization,It is very important for the enterprise or individual to gain the competitive advantage to obtain the knowledge quickly and timely,therefore,effectively with the help of mobile social networking platform anytime,anywhere fast,efficient obtaining knowledge has important practical significance.Knowledge acquisition performance level is directly related to the platform of knowledge exchange,sharing and communication effect.At first,the research from the knowledge classification and the way to get knowledge under the MSNP to analyze Knowledge acquisition connotation,On the basis of this,the process model of MSNP knowledge acquisition behavior is constructed.Then from the influence factors of MSNP knowledge acquisition performance,System analysis is made on the dimension of knowledge acquisition performance index and the initial performance evaluation index system is established,and the attribute reduction algorithm of rough set theory is used to optimize the initial index system,so as to ensure the construction of MSNP knowledge acquisition effect evaluation index system is complete,reasonable and scientific,and the evaluation model based on fuzzy integral method is used to evaluate the performance of MSNP knowledge acquisition.Finally,taking the We Chat platform as the empirical research object,it makes an empirical study on the effect of knowledge acquisition on the public number,circle of friends,group and other knowledge of We Chat platform.The results of the study will help users to get more and more valuable knowledge through mobile social platform and improve knowledge acquisition performance,at the same time,it also provides a certain reference value for the mobile social platform to carry out the activities of knowledge service,improve the efficiency of platform knowledge operation,and expand the platform of knowledge resources push ability.
