Research On Performance Evaluation Of Opening IVR System

Railways booking platform is the cooperation between China Mobile Group Shanghai Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Railroad Bureau. It is the first service platform of group customers which has access to core network. During the Spring Festival of 2011, there happened some major failure relating to lack of system performance. There were risks with the old open IVR system. It becomes a problem that we should build a scientific method for evaluation of the performance of open IVR system, so we determine this project.First, we summarize the running conditions of railways booking platform and open IVR system, and determine the model of open IVR system. Second, we discuss about the evaluation system and draw a conclusion of system evaluation paradigm and method cluster. The third, by assessment methods and the selection of fuzzy operators, we institute the application model of open IVR system performance evaluation and the boundary conditions of its sphere of application. The forth, we propose a performance evaluation method based on full life-cycle assessment which combines fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with 4D comprehensive analysis, and we verify it with the railways booking platform. At last, we summarize our project as"open IVR system performance assessment specification", and we make our internal work of open IVR platform performance assessment formal.This project is a useful attempt making open IVR system performance evaluation scientific in China Mobile Group Shanghai Co., Ltd. The result of our research is innovative. It can offer reference for other open IVR to do evaluation work.
