This article focused on the construction of digital workshops for precision electronic components,studied on the construction of workshop equipment management information platform,developed a corresponding platform and applied them to engineering application,solved the problems of chaos management of personnel and production equipment and low level informatization of workshop.It was certain theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the development of enterprises.This article first studied the workshop management information technology based on mobile Internet,industrial Ethernet,and industrial data acquisition systems.It borrowed the latest theory and research results of manufacturing informationization,and referenced an enterprise-level industrial interconnected information architecture,learning to cover machine learning,etc.Advanced technology workshop industrial Internet architecture,analyzed the actual situation of a space company in Guizhou,and designed and implemented a workshop equipment management platform based on mobile Internet for the functional requirements of workshop equipment management.The main work of this article on platform construction is as follows:1)On-site hardware sensor network-by analyzing the distribution of plant equipment,choose a tree or star structure to build the network topology of the equipment,use the direct and indirect networking method to network all equipment for because of some old equipments cannot be networked directly;2)Data Acquisition System-Studied on the data acquisition method for workshop equipment operation.Based on the FOCAS development kit,a FANUC device data awareness module was developed.For the problems of multi-source heterogeneity of workshop equipment data,a standardization scheme for equipment operation data was proposed,finish the data collection;3)System server-Aimed at the problem of high concurrency of data on the workshop equipment,proposed a server technology architecture based on WebSocket,Node.js and MongoDB database;Designed a RESTful style application program interface to realize the core functions of the system server;4)Clients-Researched on data visualization technology,used open source tools such as Echarts and KendoUI to realize diverse show of device data;Studyed on frontend adaptive technology,developed an web application that can be compatible in multiple mobile terminals;Studied on Docker container technology,optimized the system deployment process.
