Equipment is the main material and technological foundation of enterprise's production and operation activities.The technical level of equipment is directly related to the productivity,product quality and production cost of the enterprise.Combining the hard conditions such as advanced network technology and equipment,integrating the flexible support of information management technology,equipment management technology and so on,the intelligent management of production equipment is the inevitable trend of the development of modern enterprises.With the background of equipment management and J2 EE related technology,this paper makes a detailed analysis and design to the equipment management system of the foundry shop.The equipment management system implemented in this paper is applied to the foundry workshop of YN company for example verification.First,on the basis of studying the core idea of equipment management and analyzing the current situation at home and abroad,this paper clarifies that the modernization,information and intelligence of equipment management is a necessary way for the development of enterprise production.Secondly,the present situation and existing problems of equipment management among the foundry vehicles of YN company are discussed through industrial engineering means.The problem is analyzed and the importance and urgency of implementing equipment management system in the workshop is emphasized.On the basis of this,the functional modules and main business processes that the system should have are analyzed.Then,the feasibility,functional and non functional requirements of the system are elaborated in detail,and the management of equipment is optimized.On the basis of this,the business process is combined with the use case diagram to analyze the function relationship of the system,and the work flow chart of the business use case is described through the activity diagram.Then,the actual requirements of the equipment management in the foundry shop are related,the system architecture and network architecture are determined,and a case based maintenance party is designed.The case reasoning mechanism and the data acquisition and monitoring scheme of PLC equipment,using the Force Controller configuration software to dynamically monitor the state parameters of the equipment,and then analyze and alarm the collected information,and take the equipment maintenance and management module as an example,and use the UML modeling tool to carry out the related conceptual structure design and logical structure.Design and function design,design a set of equipment management system solution for casting workshop based on B/S architecture.Finally,the system development environment,technical architecture,the integration of SMS platform and ETL technology are deeply analyzed and designed,and the technical framework of Spring MVC,Spring,Hibernate and so on is adopted.The equipment management system of foundry shop was developed,and the Kettle script was written to initialize the large amount of basic data required by the system to ensure the normal operation of the system.The casting workshop equipment management system developed in this paper has been successfully applied in the foundry shop of a domestic internal combustion engine manufacturing enterprise.It is proved that the research of this paper is effective.At the same time,the production process and equipment of the casting production line are very different.The research content of this paper also has a reference to other foundry enterprises,which helps to improve the information level of equipment management in foundry enterprises.
