Equipment management and monitoring technology based on RFID technology, has been in control, logistics, cultural relics management, hospital patient tracking and other aspects have been applied, the intelligent, automatic promotion of equipment management and monitoring technology, improve the real-time management system and monitoring system, plays a great role in promoting. With smart city technology advancement, RFID technology will play a greater role.In this paper the mobile monitoring equipment in warehouse management research, analysis of the RFID reader, the card reading distance and power card relationship characteristics between the success rates, according to a particular card from the card power and card success rate curve, put forward the concept of critical reading card power. According to the characteristics of the card the critical power and card reader card power grading adjustable, proposed corresponding mobile monitoring equipment. Design and completed the hardware system of mobile monitoring equipment embedded terminal, embedded terminal to write the serial communication interface, network communication interface driver and device monitoring algorithm. Preparation of the equipment of mobile monitoring server database driven, equipment condition monitoring and equipment mobile alarm monitoring program. Based on the system hardware and software platform on the finished, the equipment of mobile monitoring experiment, analyzes the method of determining algorithm threshold alarm system real-time and reliability. The experimental results show that the equipment, mobile monitoring system designed in this paper can move effectively monitoring equipment in the abnormal situation, alarm real-time and high reliability, the system has certain practical value.
