Under the tide of "Industry 4.0",the manufacturing industry has been reformed all over the world,and the manufacturing industry of our country is also faced with the transformation and upgrading of technology.It is imperative to develop digitally and intellectually.Digital workshop is an important part of "Made in China 2025",which is the Chinese version of "Industry 4.0",and its related technology research is very important to enhance China's industrial manufacturing capacity.Among them,the digital workshop equipment monitoring technology is an important basic link.In this paper,the historical development of digital workshop,on the basis of indepth study of current technology status,the framework of distributed monitoring and control system for digital workshop is designed as a whole,The key technologies such as OPC UA unified architecture,HDFS distributed file system,ElasticSearch and Kibana,and visualization based on Unity3 D,which are used in the implementation of the system framework,are expounded emphatically,which provide the necessary theoretical and infrastructure support for the design and implementation of the distributed monitoring system of digital workshop.This paper expatiates on the design and implementation technology of three main modules in the distributed monitoring system of equipment state in digital workshop,which are unified interface of equipment acquisition,middleware of data conversion and transmission,data processing,analysis and display.The unified interface module of equipment acquisition mainly aims at the problem that there are many kinds of new and old equipments in the digital workshop,and the communication protocols involved are various,which lead to the difficulty of data acquisition.Through the research on the communication protocols of the mainstream equipments in the digital workshop and the unified framework of OPC UA,the unified interface module of equipment acquisition is designed and implemented based on OPC UA.Data conversion and transmission middleware module mainly aims at the current trend of big data,digitized workshop area,function distribution discrete,solve the big data unified management and scheduling,heterogeneous information transmission problems.Through the in-depth study of Avro technology,the middleware architecture of data conversion is proposed,and the Avro-based heterogeneous data conversion middleware is designed and implemented.Data processing,analysis and display module mainly solves the problem of visualization of equipment status in digital workshop.Through the research of data display technology and 3D scene interaction technology,the data display sub-module based on ElasticSeach,Kibana and the device display sub-module based on Unity3 D are designed and implemented.Based on the research of data acquisition technology,heterogeneous data transformation and data analysis platform construction,a "growing" distributed monitoring system framework for the status of digital workshop equipment is implemented.
