Safety production is an important symbol of social civilization and progress,and it is also the basic guarantee for the sustained and healthy development of the people.In the past few years,safety accidents occurred more frequently.The state adopted strict management measures for safety production and adopted strict accountability methods for all levels of government.Although the overall situation of safety production has improved,the safety production accidents often occur in some places,and some social concerns are also caused.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the causes of accidents and how to carry them out,so as to illustrate the necessity of implementation.The behavior observation is based on the essential safety guarantee and the safety system construction.First,based on a large number of literature research,we discussed the concepts and theories of behavior safety science and behavior safety observation management,systematically reviewed the theory of accident causation,incentive theory,demand theory and humanized safety management theory.Secondly,the individual unsafe behavior and influencing factors are analyzed in detail.Thirdly,the basic model of behavior security,the BBS model and the concept and process of behavior safety observation,are systematically expounded.Finally,the ZD enterprise communications construction safety management "five to five" innovation practice as the object,through the investigation and study method,collecting relevant "five to five" first-hand information from the main content,behavior observation program,where need to be improved,the types of operation analysis,unsafe behavior the proportion of several aspects,to observe the actions of the security management system for the status quo in-depth analysis,pointed out the existent problems and puts forward some measures to strengthen the unsafe behavior of comprehensive prevention and control system construction.From the perspective of behavior safety science and behavior safety observation management,behavior observation has great influence on safety management mode,and it is significant for promoting safety production and reducing safety accident rate of enterprises.
