With the development of economy and technology, the complexity of the enterprise production system is increasing continuously. The complexity of hierarchy and information interaction makes the prediction and control of production safety difficult. This leads to many kinds of accidents occur frequently and seriously affects the normal development of the enterprise and employees and the personal safety of the residents.Research shows that with the perfection of safety equipments, the main cause of the safety production accidents lies in the unsafe behavior of people. Therefore, research on how can production safety management system(SMS)restrain employees' unsafe behavior is increasingly important.Specific contents of this paper are as follows.First of all, starting from the enterprise managers and workers' safety consciousness,we define the meaning of enterprise staff safety consciousness interaction based on analyzing the characteristic of the safety awareness of cooperation and competition activities.According to practical safety management status and the Theory of Planned Behavior, consciousness is the inner guidance and the factor directly affecting behavior.Group safety consciousness assimilation problem is put forward.Based on the biological competition model Lotka-Volterra,evolutionary model of group consciousness competition among members in the enterprise production system is set up.Using netlogo simulation, the impact of managers' safety consciousness level and different safety consciousness competition coefficient in the model on employee group security awareness level is analyzed.Making the administrators' leading role into full play to guide staff safety consciousness properly is feasible.Secondly, from the perspective of complex system,to explore business people factors, that is,root and mechanism of unsafe behavior of workers in enterprise, study on the impact factors of safety consciousness is necessary.Based on the collection of comprehensive previous scholars' research and a large number of relevant theories and the Chinese and foreign literature, all kinds of factors and the interaction relationship between factors are induced, sorted, supplemented and perfected. The coupling mechanism between factors is developed and the factors' important degree are measured based on graph theory.Factors with higher important degree are selected.Combining the Theory of Planned Behavior and the key factors extracted out,the mathematic model is built up through a questionnaire survey and regression analysis.By using netlogo simulation, influence effectiveness of the management factors in enterprise production on safety consciousness of the employee group is analyzed. It is concluded that supervision and safety consciousness of administrator can play the most significant effect in the assimilation and improvement of worker safety awareness. Finally, under the background of enterprise production, the possibility that human oversight process can be replaced by using portable sensors covering technology in enterprise production safety auxiliary monitoring network is discussed in this paper.Collaborative coverage deployment strategy of a double group of wireless sensor was proposed when an accident is triggered. The overall coverage falls dramatically when one group of sensors is performing coverage on regional accident area. The homogeneity of area coverage can be relieved if near subgroup can coordinate with the other subgroups distribution in accidental area. The proposed deployment method of application is simulated in a basic environment. The simulation shows that the deployment method can avoid clustering search that makes other potential accident areas being ignored and can greatly improve the overall coverage performance when an accident is triggered.
