China is a big country in fine chemical industry.With the rapid development of pharmaceutical and chemical industry and the continuous improvement of R&D capability of chemical enterprises,the production process shows a diversified trend,and new processes,new devices and new products are constantly emerging.On the one hand,it can continuously meet the market demand,on the other hand,the safety accidents of medical and chemical enterprises directly endanger the lives and property safety of relevant personnel.Safety production management in pharmaceutical and chemical industry is becoming more and more important.On the one hand,accidents in traditional safety production management are often dealt with passively afterwards,neglecting active defense and eliminating potential safety hazards ahead of time.On the other hand,when dealing with accidents,the relevant managers can not obtain the corresponding information in time,resulting in the failure to take appropriate emergency management measures in time.How to carry out safety production management timely,actively and effectively makesthe advantages of the digital platform of safety production management fully reflected.Firstly,this paper elaborates the concept and connotation of safety production management,and compares the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyses the problems of low standardization and weak supervision mechanism of safety production management in enterprises of our country.It proposes to use the digitized platform of safety production management in enterprises as an information means to improve the safety production management in enterprises in a timely and effective manner.The structure,key technologies and business functions of the digitized platform for enterprise safety production management are also described.Based on the analysis of the current situation and demand of a well-known pharmaceutical enterprise,the construction goal and overall structure of the platform were discussed,and the key business of the platform was analyzed.The design and discussion were carried out from the aspects of hazardous chemicals management,key hazard source management,hidden danger management,operation ticket management,emergency resource management,emergency plan management,emergency duty management and emergency command management.Take risk control as the core and strengthen prevention and supervision in advance.At the same time,in order to ensure the emergency disposal and command when an accident occurs,the functions of emergency resourcedispatch,accident simulation,emergency decision-making and command should be highlighted to support the multi-joint command and rescue work of fire brigade,general dispatch and Anhuan departments.In order to provide decision support for emergency handling and dispatch command of the accident quickly and effectively,and to minimize the loss of the accident,Emphasize the ability of emergency handling and dispatching of accidents in enterprises;and after accidents occur,investigate the accidents,analyze the causes of accidents,summarize relevant lessons,accumulate experience,and improve the level of safety production management in enterprises.The digitized platform of safety production management can construct a long-term mechanism of safety production management with clear responsibilities,scientific management,agile response and efficient operation,achieve the prediction and early warning of potential accidents,realize the double prevention mechanism of risk control and hidden danger investigation and management,and realize the informationization,standardization and refinement of safety management.The safety production platform of a well-known pharmaceutical enterprise is of great significance to enhance the overall pre-control ability of safety production management and to tamp down and contain serious and extraordinarily serious safety accidents.After repeated design adjustment and verification,the system has been applied in a well-knownpharmaceutical and chemical enterprises,and achieved the desired design results.
