Design And Implementation Of Ying Kou Electronic Power Supply Company Safety Supervision And Management System

There is a safety oversight imbalance and leakage in YingKou electronic power supply company.And it is Lack of prior management and risk management.The main work of state grid corporation is in the post-mortem management.It also lacks related safety supervision standards and management system.The company is deficient in the information construction of safety supervision and management.A lot of safety management work adopts the traditional way,the informationization degree is not high,the information exchange timeliness is not strong,and it cannot meet the needs of the modernization development of safety supervision and management.Based on the above questions,this paper was based on the background and current situation of safety supervision and management.Through the analysis of safety supervision and management,it determined the feasibility of system fitness,it analyzed the functional requirements of each function of the system by the use case diagram,and then it carried out the non-functional requirements analysis.Then,it completed the overall design and the network deployment design,it determined the overall functional structure and the main functions detailed design.Finally,it completed the database design works through entity relationship and database table structure.In the system implementation process,with JAVA as development language,Oracle as database,spring MVC as framework,finally it implemented the safety supervision and management system based on B/S model.After the implementation of the system,it performed functional testing through test environment and test cases,after the test's pass,it can be put into use.With the wide use of the system,it has realized the information,network and automation of the corporation's security supervision and management,realized the resource sharing of security supervision and management information,made the work of security management more standardized and refined.It can improve the safety management level of state grid corporation,improve the work efficiency of each work link,improve the scientific management and decision-making level,and meet different management level requirements.
