With the high-speed development of China's economy and the rise of user communication needs,telecom operators pay more and more attention to the construction of communication networks,network coveragehas become a competitive weapon ofthem.In recent years,China Mobile Communications Corporation acceleratthe network construction of mountain villages,and vigorously expand the rural market,improve the quality and coverage of the rural communication network.SG mobile is located in the northern part of Guangdong,in the south of Nanling Mountains,on the whole territory of the tectonic in the fold belt,Hunan and Guangdong,the edifices activation Lu Taiwan.Surrounded by Hunan,Jiangxi,Qingyuan,Heyuan and Guang zhou.Shaoguan is known as the northern gate of Guangdong.There are lots of mountains in Shaoguan,some of which are towering peak while most of them are low.Though the popularity of mountain villages is small which causes the low efficiency of base stations,to helpthe construction of new socialist countryside,improve the communications networkof blind spots and weak coverage area,the mountain base station must build in the long term consideration.The conditions of constructing the base station of communications network is poor,preparation works of a construction have not been done yet,so there are many issues of safety and managementin the process of construction.Based on the analysis of the status of SG mobile base station construction environment,safety environment and building security factors,considering the actual situation of the geographical environment,the level of construction workers,to develop a viable building programs and security measures.This thesis integrated use of multi-disciplinary knowledge of Safety Engineering,Systems Engineering,Process Equipment and Control Engineering,Electrical Engineeringand Multi-disciplinary knowledge,risk assessment,based on the actual situation,combined with the mountainous area of mobile communication base station construction project and carry out the mountainous area of mobile communications base station construction safety management study,as much as possible to reduce the rate of accidents in the base station in the process of building economically viable premise.Of this research will be to promote the advancement of the security level of the mobile communication the mountain base station construction and the same kind of construction project safety management reference,Has important practical significance in reducing the occurrence of accidents and to promote the safety of the construction of the mobile communication base stations.
