Digital TV Set-top Box Design Based On TRIZ Evolution Theory

The main content of this paper is that,based on a certain understanding of the TRIZ theory and application and digital TV set-top box products and the market,the research projects of this thesis mainly include two aspects,The first part is the idea of a new method of innovation,which is to use the TRIZ evolutionary theory and the digital set-top box market,to build a new model of the programming and method of the digital TV set-top box;The second part of this is an innovative design process and a method model in the case of the enterprise digital TV set-top box design,which is an innovative design method to locate and design a digital TV set-top box,and ultimately determine the specific content of the design.The purpose of this is to study the TRIZ theory,to incorporate the TRIZ evolutionary theory into the industrial design process,to make the design more scientific and innovative design methods;Using the scientific TRIZ evolutionary theory to exploit the potential needs of the user,improve the original defect,and improve the user experience;Increase that competitiveness of digital television set-top box product from the viewpoint of products.Design development approach for demand driven development way of industrial product design,by combining TRIZ evolution theory of integration can be used for the analysis of users(expression and no expression),and the objective demand to satisfy existing demand,realize the potential demand,and improve quality.Product form design,structural design,thermal design,cost control and reliability design,the function of product was finally determined,human-computer interaction,form,material,structure,color,printing,packaging,logo,the mold process,surface treatment and other details.Based on the theory and practice of TRIZ evolution theory and project,this paper sorts the user demand and introduces the S curve four parametric method and the technological evolution law,and obtains the demand tree and determines the demand.Finally,using industrial design and engineering design method,the concept of innovative design will be realized,which will also be used for numerical analysis and experimental verification.Main meaning,combining TRIZ evolution theory,the user needs analysis and generalization,to grasp the direction of digital TV set-top box product design,a new design procedure and method of model,realize the quick and the scientific concept of product design,the future for the enterprise product phase method of strategic planning to provide scientific basis,for the product appearance and structure design,etc,to provide specific guidance.Through practice,improve product defects existing scientifically,to predict user demand,improving the quality of experience,to help enterprises,in the maintenance of good existing users(women and children,the elderly)interests,on the basis of save more high value users;Increase that market share of the company through product improvement and innovation,upgrading competitive bid on the basis of products;The improvement of the life quality of millions of users and the development of the set-top box industry for the future digital TV set-top box is the intelligent control for the digital television set top box,which is based on the establishment of the ecological control terminal.It has been proved that TRIZ evolution theory can be effectively integrated into the product design process,which makes the acquisition of user demand more advanced and accurate,and the formation of product design concept and the results of design practice are more scientific.To realize the establishment of innovative product design procedures and methods,the application and the company product design,the formation of the domain solutions,and the evaluation and feedback,optimize product innovation,enhance the competitive strength of the enterprise.
