Application Research And Software Development Based On Technology Evolution Theory Of TRIZ

With the economic globalization and the rise of innovative thought, independent innovation has become the inevitable choice for enterprises. Make a correct analysis of the current technology is a prerequisite for innovation, TRIZ technical evolution theory solves the problems of a technical analysis, including the technical maturity forecast and technical potential analysis. As the computer technology highly developed, the development of intelligent technical analysis system can help researchers to analysis technical correctly.Firstly, technical theory evolution was researched. Based on the previous research results on the evolutionary model, eight evolutionary patterns were summarized. From the point of view of the evolution mode impact on technical systems, the development of the technology systems were introduced. Technical system evolution process were divided into formation stage and perfection stage; technical route extraction method based on the "role" was proposed;10main evolution paths were summed up;52evolution paths were obtained by summarizing evolution paths proposed by previous researchers. And these routes were classified into main evolution path and eight evolutionary patterns; Based on traditional patented technology maturity prediction method, product technology maturity prediction model based on the academic literature was proposed; technical route search method in the technical potential prediction process was summarized and innovated. The concept of evolution strategy table facilitated the evolution path search.Based on this, this paper develops an analysis system, which takes Visual C++as development tool and takes SQL Server2000as background database. The system include four modules:login module, patent Search module, technology maturity prediction module and the technical potential prediction module. Discussed the design of the software modules and described the specific implementation method in detail. Product technology maturity prediction model based on the academic literature was verified by predicting parallel mechanism technical maturity. Development system was applied to predict the compressed air powered cars product technology maturity, and it was in the growing phase. Compressed air power technology was applied to the bike, supply pneumatic bike was designed. Finally, Evolutionary potential of the wrench was analyzed by using the development potential prediction module. The multi-stage automatic clamping non-slip wrench was designed based on the potential analysis results; this validated the effectiveness of the software system.
