Now the product competition tendency is increasing, enterprise innovation ability has become the determining factor for company to have the competitive power. The wood industry is our country forestry pillar industry, however, there are still many shortcomings in our domestic wood processing enterprises, such as obsolete equipments, low ratio in using row material and backward wood processing craft, so it 's necessary to expedite the scientific innovation step. For product innovation, although a lot of ways to achieve, they mostly have required the support of knowledge and experience. The patent as the most effective carrier of technical information, by its advanced and effective characteristics, has made extremely importantly significance for the product and the technological innovation.Through deep research into the TRIZ theory and the patent knowledge, this article proposes the method of applying the TRIZ theory to analyze the patent, perfectly realizing the combination of the innovation theory and the innovation technology, introduces the specific analysis flow and gives 3 hundred of representative analysis examples, constructs the database by getting the points. By analysis, clarifying the technical conflicts and the solution principles in the patent documentation, which is convenient for scientific researchers obtain the most valuable information and helpful to solve their own problems, also benefits realizing the product innovation and the technological innovation by TRIZ propositional methods.Based on the above research results, developing the TRIZ patent analysis system, which mainly has realized dual search functions to the patent documentations using 40 innovation principles and 39 technical contradict parameters as IP in TRIZ theory, which not only raising the search efficiency, but also realizing the conflict focus. The scientific researchers can produce new projects according to the existing solution and the TRIZ suggested other solution principles, which reduces the product development cycle, raises the product development efficiency. Finally, using the example of improving wood dryness system tests the system's accuracy and the feasibility.
