Nowadays a lot of companies have to face the increasingly fierce environment of marketcompetition, so innovation has become the soul of the enterprise for survival and development.Product innovation is the fundamental of companies’ innovation. At present, there are manytheories about product innovation design being put forward, which include Universal DesignTheory, Axiomatic Design, Quality Function Deployment and Theory of Inventive ProblemSolving (TRIZ). Compared to other theories, TRIZ has a unique advantagefor conceptualdesign, and itplays a very important role in the field of product design after improvementthese years, and now many large enterprises are quickly developing with this theory.Through research and analysis of the A electronics factory product development, thisarticle points out the deficiencies in the product planning of A electronics factory, and gives apreliminary analysis on the product planning. Then I select TRIZ as a basis for the study ofproduct planning. But TRIZ only provides theoretical support for conceptual design duringthe product development process, there are still some deficiencies in technology forecast andlooking for specific invention problems. By studying TRIZ integrated with patent miningmodels and Quality Function Deployment, then designing and developing a productinnovation design system based on TRIZ with UML, I analyze the product planningfor Aplant with the integrated theoriesand the system, and at last study the example of trusscleaningmachine to verify the effectiveness of the integrated theories and the practicality ofthe innovation design system.Through analysis of this article, we can see the insufficientinproduct planning of Aelectronics factory, and the traditional methods of product planning are not systematic.It’smore useful tocombine TRIZ with other new theories. The innovation design system based onthis integrated theory,will give a new idea inproduct planning of A electronics factory, and itcan verify the effectiveness of the theory.This article was funded by Guangdong innovationtheoriesproject(2013B061000004).
