Research On The Knowledge Management Method Of TRIZ-oriented Product Design

With the development of market economy,enterprise is no longer for their product variant design,but more into new knowledge with economic demand.In the process of product design innovation,many experience knowledge need to be able to use,however,it is difficult to use a lot of useful knowledge in the process of innovation,which is get effective sharing.In order to solve these problems,this paper studied a method of knowledge management integration with the process of TRIZ innovation.The study of this paper mainly studies the knowledge stored in knowledge base,including the knowledge representation and the evolution of knowledge.The purpose of this paper studies the knowledge reuse.Three aspects research of knowledge take as method of knowledge management,which is applied in TRIZ theory innovation design so that knowledge service.The concrete content includes:The first chapter,mainly on the research of the selected topic background and the selected topic significance,in view of the current domestic and foreign relevant content analysis,through the analysis of clear the direction of research,the overall architecture of the given here can be paper,and put forward the innovation points.The second chapter,this paper introduces the knowledge representation technology.Clearly define the relationship between terms from the perspective of different levels,through the connection between the concept and its subordinate relationship to more clearly describe the semantics of the term.The third chapter,through absorbing the advantages of traditional retrieval method,and combining with ontology technology,put forward a model of mechanical product knowledge retrieval based on ontology,this paper studies for retrieval model retrieval algorithm.The fourth chapter,mainly studies the knowledge will be in the reuse of flow at different levels and at various stages in the process of evolution in product innovation design.In order to promote the liquidity of knowledge,study the flow of knowledge between different stages,put forward to promote knowledge flow direction.The fifth chapter,through the combination of knowledge representation,knowledge evolution and knowledge retrieval has become a management methods.Applying this method of knowledge management to the TRIZ theory,makes the analysis method of TRIZ,and other functions for efficient retrieval.The sixth chapter,based on the theory of building the product conceptual design knowledge service platform,platform mainly function is to retrieve knowledge,push for the product conceptual design knowledge and study relevant theoretical knowledge.The seventh chapter,the theory of knowledge and integrated knowledge to make the corresponding summary,at the same time points out the shortage of the research content and points out that needs to be improved.
