With the development of technology and society,the significance of civil affairs in people's life began to emerge and demand gradually increased.However,the traditional civil system has been unable to meet the growing demand,there are cumbersome business process,long business process cycle,Low-level problems,at the same time as the data continues to grow,the pressure on the management of civil affairs data is also growing,data loss and error and other issues,in addition,for social assistance,medical assistance and other issues continue to monitor some of the follow-up How to improve the overall business process of civil affairs has become one of the important issues that our civil servants continue to solve.This paper analyzes and studies the information system of Lincang Civil Affairs Bureau.Through in-depth Lincang civil affairs bureau and part of the district(county civil affairs bureau)of field investigation,the further understanding of the processes and procedures for the civil administration work,based on the combination of civil affairs system business requirements,first of all,this paper expounds the background of construction of lincang city civil administration information system,purpose,importance and necessity,and then according to the object-oriented method carries on the concrete analysis and study on the UML modeling method is used to analyze its current management process,draw business flow diagram,a clear description of each section of the business process,find out the problems existing in the current.The whole business process is improved and optimized based on detailed analysis and research.The system function is described by the use case graph and the convention specification,and then the system overall function package diagram and the sub-function package diagram of this system are given;based on the overall architecture of the system,the entity class diagram and related database table are given through the data analysis.The system has a total of eight sections,namely: privilege management,social assistance management,household economic reconciliation,aging management,disaster relief management,medical assistance management,basic data management and system management.At the end of the article,the author summarizes and summarizes the research contents of this paper,and points out the shortcomings of this paper,and makes a brief introduction to his work,and then looks forward to the future work.This paper makes a holistic analysis of the system,hoping to provide some basis for future research and reference.
