| Nowadays,the pace of work is increasing with technological advancements and economic development,which makes it necessary for civil aviation industry management and development to adopt scientific information management and suitable database technology.As a consequence,Guizhou civil aviation department of management has low efficiency relying on E-mails,computer documents,and quantities of manual operation combinations.The irrelevance between administrator technology information and training management is a significant reason,too.With the increasing of Guizhou Airport traffic variables,they need more administrators,which leads to more waste in human and material resources for administrator information management.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a information management system for Guizhou civil aviation department of management.Numerical results show that our system will increase efficiency of personnel and training management,and make management more scientific,informationized,standardized and efficient.This paper is organized as follows.In the first part,the paper introduces the background,presents the existing shortcomings and the significance of research.Then the paper summarizes the past operation flow and proposes optimized processes that suit system management based on process reestablishment.The optimized processes include register management,information management,transformation management,and training management,examining management and personal assessment as well as system control.Afterwards the paper determines the role of system in system's function analysis.At the same time the paper uses package diagram to explain system function and illustration to analyze the system.And then a thumbnail is presented to describe the data function,global class diagrams and database tables are also presented in the same part.Finally,this paper makes a conclusion and illustrates future work for administrator management system. |
