Since the 20th century,the human being has entered into the information era represented by computer,which promote the progress of human society and the development of science and technology.In 1936,Turing proposed a calculation model,which can implement corresponding mathematical operations based on a constant program.The proposition of this model provide the theoretical foundation for the development of modern electronic computer.In the 1990s,Dr.Adleman published a paper about DNA computation,which solve the problem of the Hamilton Graph and verify the feasibility of calculating model at the molecular level.DNA computing have become a hot research and received widespread attention.This article first introduces the development of DNA computing,such as some kinds of nanodevices,nanotechnology and some computing model based on the DNA strand displacement.Then,we introduce the ideas for design some nanomaterials:DNAzymes,ATP aptamer and G-quadruplex,and the ideas for design some molecular beacons in DNA computing:the traditional molecular beacon,quantum dots molecular beacon and gold nanoparticle molecular beacon.Finally,according to the recent research of DNA computing,two logic computing system is established based on the DNA strand displacement reaction and different nanomaterials.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)At first,this paper proposes a binding-induced and DNAzymes-dependent fluorescence quenching and recovery cascaded device.We built a cascaded device which can control the intensity of fluorescence signal,based on two biological macromolecules:streptavidin and DNAzymes.First of all,we build a multiple input AND logic gates which can demonstrate a fluorescence quenching based binding-induced mechanism.Then,we propose a fluorescence signal recovery device realized by DNAzymes reaction.In order to enlarge the applied value of this model,we combine ATP aptamer with DNAzymes to construct a mixed-input AND logic gates.Finally,in order to achieve the signal amplification device,we build a multiple input OR logic gates based on the DNAzymes,which enlarge the second signal is realized.(2)In this study,we have also built a logic nanomachine based on nanoparticle beacon and binding-induced effect of multiple inputs.Based on molecular beacon gold particles,we construct five kinds of multistage input logic gate:a two-input "AND"logic gate G1,a mixed-input "AND" logic gate G2,a three-input "AND" logic gate G3,and another three-input "AND" logic gate G4.Additionally,we further utilized the assembly DNA/AuNPs conjugates to implement two-input gate G5.In conclusion,a logic computing system is constructed via the binding-induced mechanism,using the AuNP-based beacons,in which five multiple-input logic gates have been implemented.Furthermore,the system can recognize DNA and protein SA simultaneously.
