With the impact of computer science on human life has been more and more far-reaching,the computer has been gradually become an essential part of our social life.As time goes on,the information that people's life needed and produced has become larger and larger.As a result,greater demands are being placed on the storage and the speed of the computer,which making the development of today's computers,whether from storage or computing speed have reached its physical limits,and the development of computers increasingly stretched.Therefore,people bagan to find new materials to replace the chip,and then using new materials to make computers.Actually,early in 1959,in the American Physical annual conference in California Institute of Technology,Feynman had presented molecular computing at the first time,which was really a great idea,and it had been eventually realized in 1994.With the development of science and technology,Professor Adleman made DNA computing come true in reality in this year,which opened a new era of DNA computing.Nowadays,DNA computing attracts many scientists from Computer science,biological sciences,physics,chemistry,mathematics and so on to make a research on it,as its high speed computing,highly parallel operation and its Storage capacity.In this text,we first introduce the advantages and bactground of DNA computing,in addition,we also introduce the experimental techniques which has been used in DNA computing,such as polymerase chain reaction(PCR),agarose gel electrophoresis,UV spectrophotometry,as well as polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and so on.The most important is,we summarized the technology which had been used in DNA computing these years,and then proposed two computing model of logic gates,one has been realized through the chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer(CRET),and the other has been realized through the hairpin DNA and the gold nanoparticles.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In this text,we firstly make a detailed introduction on the development,advantage and the prospects of DNA computing.What's more,we also summarizes the research status and the results both in our country and abroad.In this part,we mainly present the appropriate prospects and the developing potential of DNA computing.Notonly make people have a general understanding on DNA computing principles,but also make people to understand the developing potential of DNA computing is stintless.(2)After that,we has made a brief introduction of the experimental techniques which has been used in the variety of DNA computing model including the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)which used to solve the NP problems,and agarose gel electrophoresis as well as polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis which used in the construction of DNA logic gates.On one way,we can let people come to understand the principles and purposes of these experimental techniques,on the other way,we can make a simple bedding on DNA computing model of logic gata es constructed later in this article.(3)In the third chapter of this article,we mainly make detailed conclusion and summary of the technology used in the DNA computing,such as ribozyme,strand displacement,SiO2,gold nanoparticles and so on,providing a little help for the research of DNA computing in the future and the development of DNA computing model in the aspect of general applicability.At the same time,it also provides investigative foundation for the field of medical science and cryptology.(4)In the fourth chapter of this article,as we all know,the Quantum Dots(QDs)and the Hemin/G-quadruplex can catalyze the disintegration of H2O2,so that the 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)ABTS2-can become the colored ABTS-,then the chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer(CRET)occured.Take the advantage of this principle,we construct four basic logic gates,that is the AND logic gate,the OR logic gate,the YES logic gate,the NOT logic gate and the XOR logic gate.Above all,it is the first time making the use of the chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer(CRET)to construct the DNA logic gates computing model,what's more,this model's characteristics are it has high sensitivity,simple and convenient operation,convenient detection and so on,which provides a very good help for the future DNA logic gate computing model construction and the other computing model construction.(5)In the fifth chapter of this article,we take the advantage of hairpin DNA and gold nanoparticles to construct the two input AND logic gate and the three input AND logic gates.Both of the two modles realized the control of the input and the output by using the DNA strand displacement and the complementary base pairing rules.This model has the following advantages:First,the logic gate computing model has been validated by experiments,and realized the leap from theory into reality.In this experiment,we can not only obtain the accurate computing result from the agarose gel electrophoresis,but also can test and verify our result from transmission electron microscope photographing,which guaranteed the accuracy and realizability of our computing model;Second,our results of the logic gate computing model are very clear,and the detection method of it is also very simple and easy,as well as the reaction time is very short;Third,the materials used in this logic gate computing model are so simple and rich,so that it can make the foundation of the future research on constructing the DNA computing modle.As a result,our DNA computing has great guiding significance and value for future research.
