Research And Analysis Of The Management System For SMEs Entering The Regulations

Yichun City,small and medium-sized enterprises into the regulation of cultivation and management of all the work by manual filing,investigation,classification and organization of services,the situation is different,not only leads to a broad area,heavy workload,low efficiency,service and pertinence,the main responsibility is not clear,the service coverage is very low.In this context,a scientific and efficient information system is very necessary.The regulation and management system of SMEs' entry into regulations is a typical information management system,which has very good practical value and operational value.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and analyze standardization,rationalization and automation of the regulation and management system for SMEs.In this paper,the object-oriented software analysis method is used to analyze the research and management system of SMEs.First of all,it is an analysis of the business of small and medium-sized enterprise regulation and management system,and analyzes the corresponding content of the business flow and business reengineering process of the small and medium-sized enterprise regulation and management system.After that,the role,functional structure and data of the seven modules contained in the system are described in detail.Finally,through the analysis and design of the system,the scientificity and feasibility of the research and development of the system are demonstrated theoretically.This is of great significance for promoting the regulation of SMEs in Yichun.At the same time,it simplifies the complexity of nurturing work and improves the efficiency of the related matters of employees and small and mediumsized enterprises.
