Research And Analysis Of COPD Management System

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common respiratory disease.It is a kind of chronic bronchitis and(or)emphysema which has characteristic of airflow obstruction.It can be further developed into a common chronic disease such as pulmonary heart disease and respiratory failure,which seriously affect the patient's quality of life and has a high morbidity and mortality.The treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a long-term process,which involves not only the treatment provided by the hospital,but also the long-term management of the patient.The current referral treatment has complex process and it is difficult to share patient information between different hospitals.So it results in unnecessary duplication of diagnosis.When patients are during convalescence at home,the doctor can't guarantee the control of the patient's condition.These problems make it difficult to achieve efficient treatment of the current medical system.In order to solve the above problems,this paper attempts to introduce the three level management idea to build a COPD management system.The COPD management system divide the doctors and patients into three levels for management and the hospital doctors can complete the COPD treatment related collaboration and business in the management system.It can improve the efficiency of cooperation between different doctors in different hospitals and ensure the doctor has tracking,supervision or guidance to his patient in the late treatment.This paper firstly analyzes the original business process of COPD,and finds out the existing problems.Then combining information system theory to optimize or transform the original business process,five new business processes are formed in the COPD management system.Based on the process reengineering and the idea of object-oriented software development,this paper uses case diagram and function package diagram to analysis the function of the system.Finally,this paper analyzes the data which is involved in the system processes or functions,gives the entity relationship design and establish the database table structure.All above provides the basis for the subsequent coding work.
