Research And Analysis Of The Base Station Property Rental Management System Of The Iron Tower Yunnan Branch

In order to comply with the reform of telecom enterprises and promote the construction and sharing of the telecommunications industry,reduce the repeated construction of the telecommunications industry,in July 2014,according to the deployment requirements of the central government and the state Council,China mobile,telecommunications and China Unicom set up the China iron tower co.,ltd.The traditional management of the base station lease management based on the maintenance company can not meet the development of the company,for orderly,stable acceptance and better management of the field rental,electricity,and maintain good relationship with the property owners,need to establish efficient,fast,information system management base station property.This paper introduces the operation background,the significance of the project establishment and the current development status of the base station property rental management system in Yunnan province.In the study of the project,the paper focuses on the problems found in the previous management,the defects of organizational structure,and the operation flow of the past business analysis,and gives a new process specification;The system function and analysis mainly from six aspects:base station information,cost,early warning and alarm,report analysis,owner maintenance and public management.In the analysis of function,through the use case and other methods,clear related system function,and enumerate detailed general function package package and sub-function package;With regard to the analysis of data,the article systematically analyzes the various functions of the system,formulates the diagram,and establishes the data content table.At the end of the paper,the paper summarizes the research and analysis,and looks forward to the future work.
