A Study On Green Management Of Base Station Constructions

The introduction of green construction management in China is still in its infancy, long time due to lack of awareness of green energy, the exploration and practice of green construction projects on base construction project management, cost management, cost control is still on the stage.The paper will base construction projects management methods to explore the research. The methods are summarized as follows:firstly through the station construction project cost control, will decompose to comprehensive research project to seek forms of innovation management methods. Secondly aspects related to the use of technical parameters, the cost deviation analysis, key technologies and energy-saving base station applications for the telecommunications industry on how to bring an effective way to explore the advantages of resource conservation, energy saving quest base. Thirdly the paper combined project management communication base station construction projects, the use of cost accounting control at different levels to explore base station building construction projects in communications and the significance of the specific role.Based on the above, we can draw the following conclusions. First, by introducing cost control into the management of base station construction, analyzing the theory research and validating its application in China Mobile, the structure of cost management system for base station construction has a significant reference meaning for specific engineering projects. Second, to carry out a feasibility study into the establishment of expert database and management database in basestation construction, make cost analysis and cost control of communication project, including base station construction project, be more scientific and practical.
