With the increase of communication base station number of scale, The number of generators to ensure the power supplies for base station is also rapid growth,In order to ensure the uninterrupted power supply base station equipment, When mains power failure, you need to use the generators for emergency power, base station emergency power supply security has become a very important work. The traditional artificial scheduling and fuel consumption statistics management way already can not adapt to the needs of the company of fine management, low efficiency, power personnel overstating fuel cost is increasingly prominent, a lot of reports need to manually fill out, oil machine deployment and maintenance management problems such as lack of effective control model, urgently need to be an effective management system to change this situation.This paper analyzes the present situation of base oil machine monitoring management system, find out the shortcomings and deficiencies of the existing system, at the same time to ring monitoring system was put forward as the main body of the base oil machine power generation monitoring system, using the 3 g(GIS, GPS and GSM/GPRS) technology and the latest fuel consumption accurate measurement technology, the oil machine scheduling management system of base stations and fuel consumption measurement management system effectively combined, realized the base station of oil machine scheduling, fuel consumption, maintenance of comprehensive management. Base station generator management system can be widely used in mobile base station emergency power generation scheduling and fuel management, by increasing the effectiveness of the emergency power generation scheduling and accuracy, it is reasonable to reduce the number of emergency power generation scheduling, power frequency and power cost, enhances the working efficiency of the base station emergency power and reduce fuel consumption, the mobile co mmunication operators to reduce enterprise operating costs, improve the efficiency of the enterprise has very important significance.
