Analysis And Design Of Information Management System Of Public Rental Company

To improve people’s livelihood, to co-ordinate the development of urban and rural development and the implementation of urbanization strategy.Kunming to take the lead in the construction of public rental housing, the city government commissioned by the municipal government in 2011 to set up a public rental housing development and Construction Management Co., Ltd., to solve the housing problem of low-income people.With the rapid development of the informationization, digitization and the state-o wned enterprises, according to practical works of the rental corporation, in view of the need of applicants to apply for their houses and post-stage management, studying and establishing the information system of public rental company has a very strong signifi cance in reality.This paper introduces the public rental company’s background, the significance of the project research and the present status.It takes an explicit statement of the design goals and the development method of the system and related technologies; In the demand analysis, the requirements of business, function, data, system environment, property and security are analyzed, and the flow chart and use case are showed and illustrated as well; In the system design, the paper aims to design the whole architecture and the functional modules, which contains the establishment of rent collection management, cost management, collection of hydropower management, sales management, repurchase lease of property management system, and it gives the structure chart of the function, a modular design class diagram, sequence diagram and flow chart, detailed design, database design and E-R map entries described;In the end of the public rental company information system is given in the future the system needs further work, summarized and prospected.
