| Enterprise’s organization structure changes with the expansion of the scale,internal and external environment in order to seek the most suitable organization structure form for the development of enterprise.Nowadays,large companies prefer the matrix organizational structure instead of vertical hierarchy.In the fields of the communication equipment manufacturing industry,company organization must not be simple upper and lower structure due to the features of this industry:rat race,big project target,high project complexity,and fast project technology updating speed.The organization structure should be more complex,more efficient to suit for project completion.In general,company strategy changes will determine the form of organizational structure.There is no organizational structure which can adapt to any business environment and strategy.And there is also no organizational structure which can play the same role in any environment and different strategies under the condition of multi factors,industry characteristics,also actual business condition combined.Today,external environment and internal environment changes unceasingly.The unique way to keep advantages in the fierce competition to be survival,development and invincible is to adjust the organizational structure of enterprises and the project management method of the enterprise in time.Although the change of organization structure or the method of project management will be a painful process,as well as a very dangerous process.Once the risk is not fully considered,or the revolution is not towards the right direction,it may affect the fundamental of the whole original enterprise.This paper attempts to invoke classical organization theory,non-classical organization theory and methodology of project management.It compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of straight line type,function type,linear function type,division type,matrix type organizational structures,cited communication equipment at home and abroad experience in manufacture industry,combined with N company’s own organization structure revolution case to explain project management characteristics and coping methods in the matrix type organizational structure.This article discusses and researches N company project management method under matrix organization architecture based on basic theory of organization structure and project management.It also researches performance of N company and analyzes the reasons of its declines.This article researches N company from the microcosmic aspects including project decision-making,team building,team goal and responsibility decomposition,process management,performance evaluation.It provides and suggests the transformation plan of N company’s organizational structure revolution and R&D project management method. |
