As a sports institution of higher learning in Tianjin,The physical education major of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education undertakes most of the teacher resource supply in the task of transporting physical education teachers,especially physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.Due to primary and secondary school physical education teaching content more is given priority to with track and field,gymnastics,aerobics,etc,as a result,when professor ball special students in primary and secondary school physical education curriculum teaching abilities may not be as track and field,gymnastics and other special students,so in this paper,the selection of sports education specialized ball games special students as investigation object,and can find more questions,better improve the tianjin sports institute of physical education major students teaching ability.In order to better train students majoring in physical education,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire,field investigation,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and expert investigation to investigate and study the current situation and influencing factors in the training process of students majoring in physical education in Tianjin Institute of Physical Education.The following conclusions are drawn:1.There is a lack of comprehensive social research and support from social units for the actual demand survey and data of physical education professionals in the formulation of training objectives for physical education professionals.2.In terms of teaching design ability,the ball-specialized students’ ability to develop teaching methods and apply multimedia technology is too weak,and their ability to select teaching materials and compile teaching plans is good.3 sports education specialized ball games special teaching method in the teaching ability of students to use the ability and the low level of classroom management skills,good ability to correct mistakes,classroom management and classroom induction ability,practice ability of organization overall in the medium level,sports special students’ practice ability of organization is special slightly less than the ball.4.The evaluation of ball game students in PE majors is relatively relaxed,and the evaluation ability of classroom learning is weak.The ability of self-reflection and students’ learning effectiveness are worthy of recognition,but their self-reflection consciousness is weak.Teaching innovation and teaching research content contact less,teaching research ability foundation is relatively weak.5.Teachers’ teaching plays an important role in cultivating students’ teaching ability.However,teachers do not have enough awareness of cultivating students’ teaching ability in class.The physical quality has a certain influence on the specialtechnical level,especially on achieving the best learning effect.6.On the whole,the special technical learning effect of students majoring in ball games in Physical education major of Tianjin Institute of Physical Education is worthy of affirmation.However,the special technical level of a small number of students still needs to be improved,and the special technology is still deficient for teaching.7.Physical fitness has certain influence on special technical level,especially on the best learning effect.The class hours allocation and sequence of part 8 curriculum setting are not scientific,theory cannot be applied to practice,the curriculum content requirements of curriculum setting ignore the demand of physical education major for teaching ability,"one major" suppresses "multi-ability",which is not good for cultivating the teaching ability of physical education major students;The school’s teaching practice execution is not high,the examination is not strict.
