| In recent years, with the development of times and progress of society, thepostgraduate education to improve constantly in popularity in China, the number ofpostgraduates is developing at an astonishing speed; how to occupy a space for oneperson hot issues in the fierce competition in the job market has become a widespreadsocial concern of postgraduates. Sports skill master graduate students as the main forceof future physical education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating national sportsreserve talented person cultivation, so the ability of teaching practice has become apriority among priorities to improve their comprehensive quality.In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and factor analysis method, through a questionnairesurvey of Wuhan Sports Institute academic graduate and Postgraduate Tutor, mainfactors to form the ability of inquiry teaching, and in the light of these factors, from theaspects of students’ and teachers’ basic quality, curriculum and teaching environment toimprove the teaching ability of postgraduate courses students some constructivesuggestions. The conclusions of this study are as follows:Effect of our school physical education and training students graduate teachingability the main factor for student factor, teacher factor, curriculum factor, environmentfactor. The student factor includes students’ skill level, professional level of theoreticalknowledge, teaching experience, choice of studying for a master’s motive, the teachingability of cognition and motivation in the graduate student stage in teaching practice;teacher factors include teachers on students’ teaching ability training emphasis, tutor,tutor of the nature of the work of professional skills and the level of theoreticalknowledge; curriculum factors include graduate student teaching arrangement, skillarrangements, theory curriculum arrangement, curriculum and participate in academicexchange activities; environmental factors include learning environment and conditions,evaluation of the employment prospects and extracurricular practice opportunity. 1.student factor characteristics: my school graduate agreed that special skills andprofessional theory knowledge and the cultivation of the teaching ability of theformation of very important and need to enhance learning; studies have certainexperience in teaching students in the teaching design, classroom management, andcorrect wrong ability aspects need to be improved; master’s degree of motivation is tooone-sided in the graduate student stage; and choose to participate in the teachingpractice motivation tend to be passive.2.teacher factor characteristic: tutor training guidance on students’ teaching abilityof less importance to students, and teaching ability of teachers is not enough; thetechnical level is high, but the level of theoretical knowledge and some professionalneeds to be improved.3. school curriculum feature set, and provides no participation teaching internshipopportunities for graduate; graduate skills course arrangement is not unified; theorycourse category but hours less; academic exchange activities are few and not setrequirements.4.the characteristics of environmental factors: special skill learning atmosphere isnot strong; facilities and equipment to be further improved; practice opportunitiesoutside can not meet the demand of training the students’ teaching ability; the majorityof students believe that employment prospects are not optimistic, but can activelyrespond to. |
